Tea I Drink

Hello fellow blog readers, today I'm going to show you the types of tea I drink. Here r some pictures and descriptions, I don't advertise la just wanna share with you ppl.

Sleepytime Herbal Tea
(chamomile, mint, and flavourful herbs) hmm trade secrets
story: I like the cute bear packaging, aid sleep?
Not for me, but it does put me in a relaxation mood.

Morning Detox

(lemon, limeflowers, milk thistle and lemon verbena)

Story: My fav, I drink almost every morning, cure hangover quite effectively.

Jamaican Herbal Tea
(Sarsaparilla)
Story: Went in a Jamaican store, I thought this tastes like Sarsi,
but after drink liao not the same at all,
more like chinese herbal tea, very regret loh !

Digestif
(fennel seeds and peppermint)
story: minty flavour, and it does help digestion a bit, perfect drink after a meal.

A Moment of Calm
(african rooibos, strawberry & vanilla)
story: Got attracted by the word strawberry & vanilla, smells good, a good buy !

PG tips
(usual english tea)
story: I bought this 160 teabag pack because of a free gift, a hat.
It tastes slightly bitter and some tealeaf aroma, just the way i like it.

All boxes open with a cup of strawberry tea on the right.

One big happy tea family on my shelf (except the Bacardi rum :p)

1) Better time management ~ Adhere to schedule
2) Weight control ~ Lose 1kg every month
3) Better cashflow ~ Get a part-time job
4) Build up CV ~ Add one new skill every month
5) Cut down on alcohol and junk food consumptions

Barcelona Vacation: Part 2
